NO CVS trip this week.

I didn't think CVS had any real screaming deals this week. So I will save up my ECB's & hopefully the ad on 2/14 will be better. See you next week....

SUPER CVS DEALS FEB, 5, 2010

Alright, I am just getting started with this whole CVS & ERB thing. (extra reward bucks) I have used ERB's a few times, but never on a consistent basis.
I stopped at the local CVS on Weds. armed with my list & coupons. Lots of sale items were out of stock, making my trip only half successful.

So on Thursday, I travelled home a different way and stopped at another neighboring CVS and came home with lots of SUPER (bowl) deals.

2 bags of Tostitos (one bag used before I took a good picture), 4 cans Pringle Super Stacks, 4 Quart size Bottles of Powerade, 2 Twelve Packs of soda (sprite zero & nestea), 1 jar salsa, 3 jars ragu spaghetti sauce, 3 jars skippy peanut butter, colgate toothpaste & Lady's deodorant. All for $16.96...plus I got back $15 in ERB's, swiped my Extra Care card at the kiosk on way out & got another coupon for $5 of $25 to use next week. Plus, I am signed up for CVS emails and get $5 off $15, $5 off $25 or $5 off $30 coupons almost weekly. I used $8.49 in ERB's from earlier in the week on this deal.

Here's the breakdown...Colgate Toothpaste, on sale $2.99, $1 off manufacturer coupon.

Deodorant on sale 75% off .74 cents
4 Pringles Super Stacks on sale 2 for $3, $1 off 4 manufacturer coupon.
4 Powerade on sale $1 each - in store coupon for $1 off when you buy one powerade & 1 pringles - used 4 coupons FREE Gatorade.
Sprite Zero & Nestea 12 packs, on sale 3 for $11. The 2 twelve packs, 4 pringles & 4 gatorade got me the $16 needed for Coke & Proctor and Gamble ERB for $10
Skippy on sale 3 for $5 - $1 off 2 manufacturer coupon
Ragu on sale 3 for $5 - $1 off 3 manufacturer coupon - The ragu & skippy purchase gave me a $3 ERB.
Tostitos on sale BOGO Free $3.99 for two.
Salsa on sale $3 - $1 off manufacturer coupon when you bought chips & salsa.
Most of these snacks & drinks will be used for a party my daughter is attending on Sunday evening, we always need toothpaste & deodorant, we go through peanut butter & sauce very quickly, so this was definitely a bargain week!

So now, I am anxious to see the CVS deals for next week, to spend my $15 in ERB's,. plus my $5 off $25 purchase.

By the way, the Men's Dove Body wash was on sale $5.49 ( manufacturer $1.50 off coupon), with $5.49 in ERB's back, limit 2. Both CVS stores I went to were sold out. So I got a raincheck & right on the raincheck they put a code, so they can print out your ERB's even when the sale week is over. BARGAIN!!
